This will contain a schedule of works for your hup! project, it will ouline start dates for each stage of your project along with the projected completion date, this will be accompanied with a detailed Health & Safety (CDM Regulations) pack, to ensure you, your family are kept safe during the project. Project Overview & 3D Designs.
This document gives a snapshot of your hup! project, along with the 3D visuals, it will give a brief summary of your build.
The Base Document.
This will give you the detailed dimensions of the hup! structure along with window and door positions and also the locations of electrical or plumbing items.
Roof Specification.
This highlights the roof choice i.e. Ultraroof, LivinRoof or Flat Orangery Roof compatible with the Ultraframe hup! walls, it will show glass positions and dimensions along with colours and finishes.
Window & Door Specification.
This document highlights your prefered glazing products and offers more detail regarding dimensions.
Planning Applications.
You'll be provided with a set of planning drawings (existing & proposed) should your Ultraframe hup! project require local authority permission, we take care of the rest (including Building Regulations) by using a fit-for-purpose professional building compliance company robicom.co.uk to ensure your build is legal and compliant.
If there comes a time when you decide to move home, this comprehensive survey pack along with planning drawings and local authority approval will ensure that any prospective buyer cannot pick apart your extension and it's legal status. this will not only retain your homes value but will help in increasing it giving you total peace of mind.
