We started out as a double-glazing, conservatory & extension surveying company, otherwise known in the industry as "Fenestration Surveying", hence the name Fensurv. We provided a surveying service to some of the largest companies across the UK, which lacked the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver a seamless project. In our first 12 months of trading, we surveyed over £3 million in home extension projects across multiple companies. Our second year saw us more than double that figure by offering sales team training to company consultants who had little to no knowledge of what they were designing & selling. Our lead surveyor has been surveying conservatory and extension projects for over 20 years and has dedicated over 15 years to surveying all aspects of Ultraframe's products. 

Because the hup! modular building system is manufactured like a giant jigsaw puzzle. It means that every single component must fit exactly; if it does not, then ouch... You can't adjust it by cutting it down or extending it as you would with a brick-built structure, which means your project will have to go on hold until replacement parts are delivered, not ideal if you're modifying an existing conservatory!.
